Kijiji Email System Re-design

With the launch of a new app, Kijiji introduced a more playful and engaging brand identity with bold graphics and vibrant illustrations. However, the email system felt outdated and inconsistent. I redesigned Kijiji’s CRM emails to align with the new branding while giving each platform a distinct look—dark purple for Kijiji, bold magenta for Rentals, and sleek blue for Autos.
Problem
The original emails felt text-heavy and lacked Kijiji’s vibrant new branding. Without a structured design system or reusable modules, every email was built from scratch, slowing down production. Adobe XD made cross-functional collaboration challenging, as it was difficult to track real-time changes.
Solution
I created a modular design system in Figma. It streamlined production, enhanced brand consistency, and introduced ownable icons and engaging visuals that made emails more dynamic and recognizable across all Kijiji platforms.
